The 9PX6K-L is ideal power management for education, commercial, financial or healthcare networking components, including Cisco switches and servers. Reliable, Expandable Battery Backup Keeps You Operational Through Power Outages The maintenance-free lithium-ion battery modules have a service life of 8 to 10 years, providing up to three times more runtime at full load than equivalent lead-acid batteries while weighing 20 percent less. These lithium iron phosphate (LFP) batteries allow you to work through short power failures and give you enough time to safely save files and shut down your system in case of a prolonged blackout. On-board battery management system (BMS) monitoring of battery performance, charge cycles and active temperature provides advance notice when batteries need replacing. You can also connect up to four lithium-ion extended battery modules (9PXEBM192RT-L, sold separately) to add necessary runtime. Included Gigabit Network Interface Offers 24/7 Remote Access The Network-M3 Gigabit network card enables full remote configuration and management, including load shedding, reboots of connected equipment and safe shutdowns. UPS firmware can also be flashed remotely through the Network-M3 without dropping the load, so you don't have to plan for downtime. The card meets both UL 2900-1 and IEC 62443-4-2 standards for cybersecurity, which were developed to address the vulnerability of connected devices to known malware/exploits and to protect business from these risks. The optional Environmental Monitoring Probe Gen 2 (EMPDT1H1C2, sold separately) provides a variety of environmental monitoring capabilities, including temperature and humidity conditions. NEMA Outlets Protect Your Connected Components Two L6-20R and two L6-30R managed outlets provide connected equipment with pure sine wave AC output and allow you to monitor power consumption down to the outlet group level. Power provided by these outlets is filtered to protect connected equipment against damaging surges and line noise. The 9PX6K-L also supports hardwired output. Rotating LCD Interface Keeps You Informed at a Glance The intuitive front-panel LCD provides control settings and critical information to help diagnose any issues. The interface rotates to accommodate both rack-mount and tower configurations, and it tilts up to 45 degrees for more comfortable viewing. Advanced Communications Ports Allow for Automatic Saves and Shutdowns RS-232 and USB ports connect to a serial-enabled device for a variety of communication options (cables are included). A dry-contact relay port can be programmed through the LCD to provide reliable communications to automation and industrial components.
