  • On-site ADTRAN representative within 4 hours Monday-Friday upon verification of hardware failure or problem (if call is received after 1:00 pm, a representative will be on-site the following business day)
  • Delivery of replacement unit within 4 hours Monday-Friday upon verification of hardware failure or problem (if call is received after 1:00 pm, unit will be on-site the following business day)
  • Excludes holidays and weekends
