With all of our Service Enhancement Programs, you are able to access information about your Oki product from your personal WEB site, myokidata.com. Additional help is available from our Toll-Free technical support line where our experienced Customer Service Representatives are ready to assist you. If your problem cannot be resolved on the phone, you'll be secure in knowing the Service Enhancement Program you've chosen. You can either have a local OKI Authorized Service Center do the repair or place a call to Oki Data to receive a Return Authorization number for shipping the printer to an OKI Depot. The OKI Depot program adds years of coverage at the end of the original standard warranty that comes with the printer from the factory. |
