Shipping Charges to International Destinations
Your PROVANTAGE SmartCart™ calculates shipping charges to almost any location in the world!
Just add the items you desire to your shopping cart.
Then select your country from the list of shipping destinations on the shopping cart form.
Your cart automatically calculates the total shipping charge for your order!
Please note that we only ship to the countries listed in the Smart Shopping Cart.
International Currency Converter
For your convenience, we have embedded a handy currency converter into our website.
You can access it at the bottom of your shopping cart to calculate the
total price of your order in your own currency.
Expected Delivery Time
All international orders are shipped from our main Ohio warehouse where
your package can be properly prepared for international shipment.
The process works like this: After your payment terms are approved
by our credit department, the items you ordered that are in stock at our main
Ohio warehouse will be reserved for your order. Items not available at our
Ohio warehouse will be ordered from regional warehouses and reserved for
your order as soon as the items arrive. Out of stock items normally take
3 to 4 business days to arrive in stock from the regional warehouse.
When all the items on your order are reserved, your order will be filled
and shipped. International shipping normally takes 3 to 4 business days to deliver your package.
For some destinations, the delivery time is even sooner. Please note that if you
do not provide complete and accurate billing information, your order will be
delayed until our credit department receives the required information.

Payment Information
All prices on our website, in email messages, proforma invoices, invoices
and certified price quotes are in US Dollars only. You can calculate the
prices in your own currency by using the currency converter described above.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover Card, and American Express
for most international orders up to US$1000.
However, we regret that we cannot accept credit card payment from some
countries. Your Smart Shopping Cart will let you know.
In that event, a good alternative payment option is a bank transfer.
