CASIO LIMITED WARRANTY- Business Projector Division
Standard 3-year Warranty and 180-day Lamp Warranty
ITEMS COVERED: CASIO AMERICA, INC. ("Casio") warrants to the initial end-user customer of the Casio product enclosed that if purchased and used in the United States or Canada it will conform to Casios specifications and will be free from defects in material and workmanship for three years from date of purchase. Projector lamps are covered under this warranty but for a period of three-months or 500 hours (whichever comes first) from original date of purchase.
CASIO'S PLEDGE to CORRECT PROBLEMS UNDER WARRANTY: At its option, Casio will either repair or replace the in-warranty defective unit without charging the customer. When parts or products are exchanged under warranty the item(s) replaced will automatically become Casios property. In order to make repair or exchange under warranty Casio may elect to use new parts or those reconditioned to Casios exacting standards of performance and quality. Once an item has been repaired under warranty it assumes the remaining period of warranty based upon original date of purchase. Projector lamps will be handled similarly, except that the lamp warranty is limited as indicated above.
NOT COVERED UNDER THIS WARRANTY: End-users of these products will not have any claim under this warranty for repair or adjustment expense if:
The projector is maltreated in anyway and the problem has been caused by improper or careless treatment;
The problem is caused by fire or other natural calamity;
The problem is caused by improper repair or adjustment by an unauthorized service provider;
Problems caused by unauthorized operation or installation;
Damaged caused in shipping;
The serial number label or other identifying marks (name plates and logos) are removed;
The proof of purchase is not submitted with the claim;
Ownership of the product has changed (this warranty is non-transferable); or
The warranty period has expired.
