About Adobe-Macromedia Qualified individuals may purchase only one box of each Adobe Academic product offered. Educational institutions that are interested in purchasing more than one copy of Adobe software can participate in the Adobe Open Options 4.0 licensing program. Eligibility guidelines for Individuals and Educational Entities - A student enrolled in grades K-12 at an accredited public or private primary or secondary school providing full-time instruction.
- A full- or part-time student enrolled at an accredited higher education institution.
- A full- or part-time faculty or staff member employed by an accredited K-12 or accredited higher education institution.
- A public or private or secondary school that provides full-time instruction for grades K-12 or a school district for such schools, and that is recognized by the state for provincial board or ministry of education as a school providing certified K-12 instruction.
- An Accredited Institution, meaning a public or private university or college (including community, junior or vocational college) that grants degrees requiring not less than the equivalent of two years of full-time study and has received accreditation from an accrediting association recognized by either the U.S. Dept. of Education and/or a State Board of Education, or the Canadian Ministry of Education or a Provincial Ministry of Education.
- Administrative offices or boards of education of Educational Entities.
- Government schools located in Canadian territories.
- Hospitals that are wholly owned and operated by an Educational Entity. Wholly owned and operated means the Educational Entity is Sole owner of the hospital and the only entity exercising control over day to day operations.
- Higher education research laboratories that: are a public institution and recognized by the Canadian Ministry of Education, Provincial Ministry of Education or the Dept. of Education, teach students as part of their research mission, and can provide a copy of its bylaws that state the relationship with the controlling institution.
Appropriate Identification for Individuals The following are the acceptable forms of academic identification: - School photo identification card that includes date validating current status
- or - - School photo identification card or drivers license or other official photo identification with corroborating evidence including, but not limited to:
-Faculty or staff paycheck stubs -Student course curriculums or tuition bill with the Educational Entity logo or seal An official letter from the registrar of the Educational Entity - or - - For or K-12 students only:
When above-listed identification is not available, an official letter from a teacher at the Educational Entity verifying the student's right to order Educational Software Products. Appropriate Identification for Educational Entities - A valid, official purchase order issued by and Educational Entity;
- Current credit card information with the proper name, billing address, and ship-to or delivery address of the Educational Entity;
- A current personal credit card or check payment from Individuals who are faculty or staff, only where the ship-to or delivery address of the Educational Software Products is the Educational Entity
